Arrange your own Fundraising Event, like a Garden Party, run a marathon........

With some planning and most of all your enthusiasm any thing is possible. It may seem to be a daunting prospect, but you will be amazed to see how fast the money comes in once you get started.

Here are a few ideas that may inspire you to raise more money than you thought was possible.

Make a list of your contacts.
Where do you work?
Which pub/restaurant do you visit?
What are your interests? (Gym, golf, computers, sailing, pets, running, music, etc).
List everyone that you know within these groups.
Don’t forget to include your Christmas card list!

Don't forget Gift Aid

Make your sponsors donation to go further by asking them to say YES to Gift aid. All you have to do is make sure they fill out the form correctly and completely and we the charity can claim 28p from the Inland Revenue for every £1 that is given at no extra cost to the sponsor

Why not ask your company to double what you raise! All companies have the facility to donate to charities so why not tell your boss what you are doing.
