Cymorth (Day care centre/Carmarthen)
Highly
trained palliative care health professionals provide a
service for those whose illness allows them to remain at
home but gives them the added benefit of receiving any
treatment or advice which is needed to alleviate symptoms,
in comfortable and friendly surroundings This can take the
form of all aspects of support - physical, emotional ,
spiritual. Meeting with others in similar circumstances can
be of great assistance to some and having the opportunity to
talk to those who understand and be listened to is one of
the ways they are helped.
