Bank Holiday Monday 6th May

This year we’re heading to the coast to walk some sunshine miles for the hospice. Choose from three stunning walks, suitable for all levels of fitness.

Easy to moderate, good for families – Starting at the Urdd, we walk down into the picturesque village of Llangrannog and spend some time on the beach, before heading up the coastal path where we check out the Ynys Lochtyn peninsula. Then all back to the Urdd to put our feet up.

Moderate to challenging in places – Walking from the Urdd, we visit the Ynys Lochtyn peninsula. This place is really special. It feels very different to the mainland – as though it remains preserved in some ancient elemental era. Then we take a stroll along the coastal path to Cwmtydu beach, also known as Seals Bay (because of all the seals!)

Moderate to hard and challenging in some places – Just the same as above but we keep on to Newquay. It’s worth the extra legwork just so you can enjoy even more of the stunning Ceredigion coastal path. This area is famous for dolphins!
