Our volunteers can sign up to earn Tempo Time Credits in recognition of their efforts.

The Tempo Time Credits scheme enables our volunteers to exchange their credits for a fabulous range of products, services and activities across the country, including swimming and gym sessions, entry to attractions, sports venues, theatre tickets and much more.

Tempo Time Credits are a form of time banking where individuals receive Tempo Time Credits for their time spent volunteering. Tempo Time Credits are not a currency; they are recognition for volunteers’ valuable contributions.

The credits can be used on activities offered by hundreds of fantastic partners across England and Wales. There are no geographic limitations (people can earn in Wales and use in London for example) and they can be given to others to use.

There are currently more than 1,500 organisations that take part in the Tempo Time Credits scheme and more than 50,000 volunteers have earned credits across the UK.

Organisations accepting Tempo Time Credits include, Carmarthenshire leisure centres, the National Trust, The Scarlets, Cardiff Blues, Glamorgan CC, Carmarthenshire Theatres, Aberystwyth Arts Centre, The Torch Theatre, St David’s Hall, Wales Millennium Centre, Chapter Arts Centre, The Royal Mint, and many more – and that’s just in Wales.
